1. Bookings, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Paid 1:1 sessions, async reviews, and workshops booked through /book-me are governed by the following terms in addition to the rest of this document:

• Payments are processed in INR by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. The USD price shown on the booking page is an approximate equivalent for international customers; the actual charge is in INR and converted by your bank at the prevailing rate.
• Self-service cancellation is available up to 24 hours before a scheduled live session, or before work begins on an async review. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method.
• 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not happy with the call or review you received, email info@kgptalkie.com within 7 days of the session and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
• Refund timeline — refunds are initiated immediately when approved and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
• Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before a slot via the link in your confirmation email. Reschedules inside the 24-hour window need email approval; we will do our best to accommodate.
• No-shows by the customer for a confirmed live session are non-refundable unless the satisfaction-guarantee clause above applies (which it cannot, because no session occurred). Please reach out as early as possible if you cannot attend so the slot can be reused.
• Cancellations by us (illness, emergencies, technical failure on our end) result in a full refund or a reschedule at your choice.
• Inquiry-only services (offline events, corporate training, guest lectures, seminars, webinars) are scoped and priced individually by email. Any payment terms specific to such engagements will be agreed in writing before invoicing.

2. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing KGP Talkie, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the KGP Talkie's Privacy Policy.
